You did not read that last sentence wrong; we changed the attic air temperature from 150 degrees on average down to the outside air temperature.
These results have never been seen on a system that is affordable. We have been researching this type of ventilation system for over 11 years and the biggest problem of the systems from in past was that it was not cost-effective, in fact, most ventilation systems are normally more than twice the cost of the entire roofing costs. Also, most or all of the past systems that we have seen, which do not get the same results, use a counter batten woods system, which costs a lot more. Plus you are using a lot of natural resources that with our under metal roof ventilation system you do not have to waste. If you are interested in finding ways for making your house cooler in the summer and also in the winter getting the trapped moist air out or from even coming into your house then you should at least talk to us and see what your options are.
